  1. 4 cups 792g / 27oz Sugar

  2. 4 cups 948ml Hot water

  3. 2 oz 56g Instant coffee

  4. 1 Vanilla bean

  5. 1 Fifth vodka

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix sugar and 3 cups of hot water. Heat, but do not boil. Mix instant coffee with 1 cup hot water, then combine the two liquid mixtures. Add vodka. Pour into dark bottles, adding an equal amount of vanilla bean to each. Cap and let age for at least three weeks.
