  2. 1 cup 237ml Yellow mustard

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Black pepper - fine ground, light

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Brown sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco sauce
