  1. 3 Zucchini - small

  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Parmesan cheese

  3. 9 Egg

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  5. 5 tablespoons 75ml Butter

  6. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - chopped

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Milk

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Bisquick

  1. Cook zucchini and onions in half the butter with oregano and salt till tender (about 5 minutes). In blender, mix eggs, milk, cheese, Bisquick, salt and remaining melted butter. Mix well, about two minutes. Pour into 13-inch dish or pie plate. Spread zucchini all over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375F.
