    2. 5 one-second sprays per serving

    3. 1/4 cup 59ml Reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce

    4. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Chopped fresh cilantro

    5. 2 cups 474ml Sweet potatoes - (abt 2 lbs) - peeled, and (large) Cut into 2" chunks

    1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce and cilantro. Add sweet potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer sweet potatoes to prepared baking sheet and bake until fork-tender, about 40 minutes. This recipe yields 4 servings; about 3/4 cup per serving. Points® Value: 2
