  1. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz All-purpose flour

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  3. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Firmly packed brown sugar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped macadamia nuts

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground cinnamon

  6. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Chilled stick margarine cut into small pieces

  7. 5 cups 1185ml Thinly sliced peeled rome apple Vegetable cooking spray

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Apricot preserves

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal; set aside. Place apple slices in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray; drop apricot preserves by teaspoonfuls onto apple slices, and sprinkle evenly with the flour mixture. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
