  2. CANNELINI SALAD

  6. 15 oz Can canelini beans, drained

  7. Grated zest of 1 lemon

  8. Juice of 1 lemon

  9. 1 bn Fresh parsley, chopped

  10. 3 ea Garlic cloves, minced

  11. 2 ts Fresh rosemary, minced

  12. 2 ea Fresh sage leaves, chopped

  13. 2 tb Nicoise olives, pitted &

  14. -- chopped Salt & pepper to taste

  15. 6 ea Leaves butter lettuce

  16. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except lettuce. Toss

  17. well & chill for at least an hour, preferably

  18. overnight. To serve, place a scoop of bean salad in

  19. each lettuce leaf.
