  1. 125g cream cheese

  2. 60g butter, softened

  3. 150g icing sugar

  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  5. 350g icing sugar

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl until combined. Beat in 150g icing sugar and lemon juice.

  2. Gradually beat in remaining icing sugar till icing is of spreading consistency. Spread icing on cooled cake, cupcakes or muffins.
