  1. 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons butter

  3. 1 (16-ounce) can LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

  8. 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 2 MAGGI Chicken Bouillon Cubes, crushed

  10. 2 cups half and half 1 lemon

  11. 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley

  1. In a saucepan, saute chopped green onion in butter until tender. Add canned pumpkin, water, brown sugar, salt, white pepper, cinnamon, and crushed chicken bouillon cubes; mix well. Heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in half-and-half and just heat through, but do not boil. Garnish with slices from lemon and chopped parsley.
