  1. 3 eggs

  2. 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  3. 12 lamb loin chops

  4. 225g (8 oz) dried breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas mark 5.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs and the Worcestershire sauce; stir well. Dip each lamb chop in the egg mixture and then lightly dredge in the breadcrumbs. Arrange them on a lightly greased baking tray or dish.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, turn chops over, and cook for 20 more minutes, or to desired doneness.
