  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Apple Cider or Red wine Vinegar

  4. 1/8 teaspoon(s) Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon(s) Dry Ground Mustard

  6. 1/8 teaspoon(s) Celery Seed

  7. 1/2 Cabbage Head , Cut into Large squares

  8. 1 Carrot , shaved with a potato peeler

  9. 1 small onion , cut into large Squares

  10. 1/2 pound(s) Cheese , cut into large cubes

  1. After combining cabbage, carrot, onion and cheese in medium bowl. Mix the mayonaise, vinegar, celery seed, pepper, salt and dry mustard into a sauce, then pour over the 1st half of recipe and mix until all pieces are covered in the sauce.
