  1. 1 cup all purpose flour

  2. 1 cup wheat flour

  3. 4 tsp. baking powder

  4. 1 tbsp. sugar

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  7. 2 cups milk

  8. 1 large egg, beaten to blend

  9. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  10. 2 tsp. lemon juice

  11. 1/8 tsp. vanilla

  12. 1/2 cup canned blueberries, drained

  1. Sift together flours, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in sugar and salt. Stir in milk, egg, oil, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in blueberries. Preheat skillet or griddle. Lightly grease. Stir batter and ladle 1/2 cupfuls onto skillet. Cook, turning once, about 2 minutes per side. Serve with fresh blueberries and powdered sugar.
