  3. 2/3 cup boiling water

  4. 1 cup cottage cheese, low fat

  5. 8 ounces light cream cheese

  6. 2 cups whipped topping

  7. 1 graham cracker pie crust

  8. 1 cup pie filling, optional

  1. Blend water and Jello mix together until mix is dissolved.

  2. Add cream cheese and cottage cheese and mix for two minutes.

  3. Stir in whipped topping and mix until smooth.

  4. Spoon into pie crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

  5. After pie has chilled, spoon on pie filling. .
