  1. Cake:

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. 1/2 cup margarine

  4. 1 cup all purpose flour

  5. 4 large eggs

  6. Filling:

  7. 84 g packages instant chocolate pudding mix

  8. 2 1/2 cups milk

  9. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  10. 224 g container whipped topping

  11. Glaze:

  12. 84 g semisweet chocolate chips, melted

  13. 1 cup sifted powdered sugar

  14. 4 tbsp. melted butter or margarine

  15. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. For Cake:

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring water and margarine to a boil in a large saucepan. Beat in flour. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir until mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan. Spread evenly on a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

  3. For Filling:

  4. Prepare pudding with milk. Fold in vanilla and whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Refrigerate until set.

  5. For Glaze:

  6. Stir together melted chocolate, powdered sugar, butter or margarine and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over filling.
