  12. 1 lb deer flesh

  13. 4 ea fat pieces

  14. 1 c water

  15. pepper

  16. salt

  1. Method :

  2. Make marinade from ingredients and put deer flesh in it for 5-8 hours. Make little cuts in the flesh and put fat pieces there. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Then pour marinade and water into the pan and sauce the meat regularly for another 20 minutes. Decorate with greens. Roast deer is served with fried potatoes, stewed cabbage and pickles.
