  1. 5 heath candy bars

  2. 3 large eggs

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 3 cups heavy or whipping cream

  5. 1 1/2 cups half-and-half

  6. 3 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. Freeze the candy bars. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Mix in cream, half-and-half and vanilla. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze. Break frozen candy bars into small pieces. When the ice cream is done stir in candy pieces.
