  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Unsalted butter - (4 sticks) - melted

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Dijon mustard

  3. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped fresh Italian parsley

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco sauce

  5. Juice of 2 lemons

  6. 8 Lobsters - (1 lb ea) - split, cleaned

  1. Combine the butter, mustard, parsley, Tabasco, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Turn the lobsters over and brush the cavities and tail meat with the butter mixture.

  2. Place the lobsters on a hot grill, cavity-sides down, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat. Turn the lobsters right-side up, brush again with the butter sauce, and move them to the cooler edges of the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with the remaining warm butter mixture.

  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
