  1. 1 Romaine lettuce - washed, dried and Torn

  2. 2 Green onions - sliced thin

  3. 1 Mandarin oranges - well-drained

  4. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Sliced almonds - toasted

  5. Your favorite poppy seed bottled dressing

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Raspberry vinegar

  1. Place lettuce, green onions and half of oranges in salad bowl. Into a measuring cup, pour 1/3 cup dressing; add vinegar. Stir. Pour over greens and toss.

  2. If this is not enough dressing for you, or you're using more lettuce, you may want to add a tablespoon more or so of dressing.

  3. Sprinkle top with remaining oranges and toasted almonds. Serves 4; wins raves every time.
