  1. 8 slices Italian peasant bread,

  2. 1/2" thick

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Snow crab meat - (abt 4 oz)

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Regular or low-fat mayonnaise

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sour cream

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  7. 4 teaspoons 20ml Finely-chopped chives Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Grill the bread, or toast it in a 350 degree oven until the bread is golden brown. Using a fork, in a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and 2 teaspoons of the chives. Season to taste with pepper. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve.
