  1. 1 1/2 pounds lean ground pork

  2. 1/4 cup applesauce

  3. 1/4 cup ketchup

  4. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  5. 3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

  6. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  8. 1 large egg

  9. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 garlic clove, minced

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. In large bowl, blend together all ingredients well. Form into a 7x4 1/2x2-inch loaf; place in cooker. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 8 to 10 hours, until a meat thermometer inserted reads 160 °F (70 °C) . Carefully remove pork loaf from cooker (see following tip); let cool 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
