  1. 4 lbs fresh unpeeled large shrimp (6 pounds if using shrimp with heads on)

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup chili sauce

  5. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  6. 2 lemons , sliced

  7. 4 cloves garlic , chopped

  8. 2 tablespoons creole seasoning

  9. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  10. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  11. 1 teaspoon paprika

  12. 1 teaspoon oregano

  13. 1 teaspoon ground red pepper

  14. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

  15. French bread

  1. Spread shrimp in a shallow, aluminum foil-lined broiler pan.

  2. Combine butter and next 12 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until butter melts, and pour over shrimp.

  3. Cover and chill 2 hours, turning shrimp every 30 minutes.

  4. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes; turn once.

  5. Serve with bread.
