  1. 1 1/4 cups buttermilk

  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

  3. 2 tablespoons honey

  4. 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons white bread flour

  5. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  6. 1/3 cups cracked wheat

  7. 1/4 cup cornmeal

  8. 3 tablespoons gluten

  9. 2 tablespoons wheat germ

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  12. 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

  1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

  2. Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
