  13. 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  15. 1 apple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped

  1. Chop peaches coarsely. Combine with remaining ingredients in large saucepan; simmer 20 minutes or until thickened slightly. Cool and cover until serving. Serve cold or at room temperature.
