  1. 1 (16-ounce) jar cheddar cheese pasta sauce

  2. 1/4 cup milk

  3. 2/3 cup sour cream

  4. 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  7. 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated hash brown potatoes

  8. 2 (9-ounce) packages cooked chicken breast strips, chopped

  9. 1-1/2 cups frozen baby peas

  10. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In 2-quart casserole dish, place pasta sauce. Add milk to the pasta sauce jar; close tightly and shake to remove last bits of sauce; pour into dish. Add sour cream, onion salt and pepper; mix until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, potatoes, chicken, and peas. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes until casserole is bubbly and top is beginning to brown. Serves 4-6
