  2. 2 cups fresh tortellini

  3. 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers

  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. 1/2 cup fresh or canned diced tomatoes

  1. In large saucepan, cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and return to saucepan.

  2. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain and add to tortellini.

  3. In small bowl, combine oil, salt and lemon juice. Stir in tomatoes.

  4. Stir tomato mixture into pasta and vegetables.

  5. Cook over medium heat 5 minute or until heated through.
