  1. 3 pound(s) Early Yellow Squash , cooked 1 package(s) (1 pound) Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage , browned 1 package(s) Stovetop cornbread stuffing , dry 1 cup(s) yellow onion , diced 1/2 cup(s) celery , chopped 1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley , chopped 1 teaspoon(s) sage , dry 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt 1 teaspoon(s) pepper 1 tablespoon(s) red tabaso sauce 4 teaspoon(s) butter 1 1/2 cup(s) milk 3 large eggs , beaten 2 cup(s) sharp cheddar , grated

  1. Microve squah for 5 to 10 minutes with 1 table spoon of butter until soft. Drain jusices from squash after cookin brown sausage, onions and celery until onions are clear mix together cooked squash, browned sausage, onions and celery in large bowl. Add stuffing mix beaten eggs , 1 cup cheddar cheese, milk and remaing ingredents. Mix together and pour in to coated cassarole dish. Add remaing cheese on top back at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour until cheese on top is slightly brown. Let cool a fewminutes before serving
