  2. 1 (3 1/2-ounce) can green chiles , diced

  3. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  4. 1 yellow onion, diced

  5. 2 teaspoons Susie Q's Santa Maria Seasoning, recipe follows

  6. 2 to 3 drops hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco sauce )

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, making sure to break up the tomatoes to your desired consistency. Chill for at least 30 minutes and then serve with your favorite chips.
