  1. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  3. 2 tablespoons honey

  4. 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  6. 3 teaspoons lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  11. 1 (4-pound) pork loin roast

  12. 1 cup barbeque sauce

  1. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic.

  2. Place pork loin roast in a flat dish and pour marinade over pork loin. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably 6 hour to overnight).

  3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  4. Remove roast from dish, place in a roasting pan and discard marinade.

  5. Roast pork loin at 325 degrees F for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or till the temperature of the meat registers at 160 to 170 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Serve with BBQ sauce.<
