  1. 1 cup - grated coconut

  2. 1 and 1/2 cup - sugar

  3. 3 tsp - ghee

  4. 3 to 4 - cardamom (powdered)

  5. 4 spoon - milk

  1. Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan or kadai and place on stove on sim/medium heat.

  2. Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves and make sure that the mixture does not stick to the pan.

  3. Add milk if needed to give the milky taste. Stir till it solidifies.

  4. Take a plate and grease with it with ghee/oil and pour the mixture and let it dry for 3-4 hrs.

  5. Then cut it into desired pieces.

  6. The shelf days is around 1 week.

  7. This is good do enjoy.
