  1. 1/2 kg mutton washed and cut into medium pieces.

  2. For ground masala

  3. 2 tablespoon coconut either desicated or fresh

  4. 4 pcs of garlic

  5. 2 medium tomatoes

  6. 1/2 inch ginger piece

  7. Roast the above with a few drops of oil and grind into a fine paste.

  8. Other Ingredients

  9. 2 onions cut into length wise

  10. 3-4 tsp oil

  11. 1/2 tsp haldi powder

  12. 2 tsp dhania powder

  13. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  14. 1 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  15. salt to taste and corriander leaves

  1. Heat the pressure cooker and add the oil When it is hot add the cut onions and lightly fry till golden colour.

  2. Now add the ground masala paste, and all the powders mentioned in *B ingredients and keep stirring till the oil starts seperating from the masala.

  3. Now add the mutton and enough water for the meat to cook.

  4. Keep the cooker till it gives atleast 8 to 9 whistles.

  5. Remove from fire and add corriander leaves for garnishing.
