  1. 1 Chicken breast

  2. 1 Onion - finely chopped (large)

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground red pepper

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garam masala

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cumin

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Ketchup Salt - to taste Lettuce

  1. Recipe Instructions Boil chicken in salted water. Remove meat from bones, and cut into small pieces. Add onion, spices and salt before chicken becomes cold. Mix well. Add ketchup and mix well. Store in refrigerator; serve with lettuce and white bread with crust cut trimmed off.
