  7. 1 lb Ground beef

  8. 1/2 lb Ground veal

  9. 1/2 lb Ground pork

  10. 1 t Worcestershire sauce

  11. 2 Eggs

  12. 1 1/2 c Cracker crumbs

  13. 3/4 c Ketchup

  14. 1/2 c Warm water

  15. 1 pk Dry onion soup mix

  16. 4 Bacon strips

  17. 2 pk Crescent roll dough

  18. 1 Egg white,lightly beaten

  19. With 1 tbsp. water

  20. Flour

  21. Heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix meats together by hand in a large bowl.Add

  22. Worcestershire sauce, eggs, cracker crumbs, ketchup, water and soup mix.

  23. Mix by hand and shape into a loaf in a shallow baking dish. (For cleanup

  24. ease,use non stick cooking spray.) Drape the loaf with bacon strips.Bake 1

  25. 1/2 to 2 hours or until done. Cool

  26. 10 to 15 minutes. Separate

  27. 2 packages of

  28. 6 rectangles

  29. 2 crescent forms make

  30. 2 for decorating.Overlap the triangles on

  31. a large floured surface to make a large rectangle.Gently,press together the

  32. seams and perforations. Place over meat loaf and mold to fit.Trim off

  33. excess dough.Use remaining rectangles to make a design for the top;cookie

  34. cutters may be used.Brush dough with egg white and return loaf to the oven

  35. 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.Makes
