  1. 4 oz 113g Dried beef - snipped

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped (small)

  3. 2 cups 474ml Uncooked noodles

  4. 1 Cream of mushroom soup

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  6. 1 cup 237ml Water

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried parsley flakes

  8. 4 oz 113g Shredded cheddar cheese - (1 c)

  1. Recipe Instructions * Cream Of Mushroom soup should be the 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup. Cover and microwave dried beef and 1 cup water in 2-qt casserole on high (100%) to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; drain. Stir in onion, noodles, soup, milk, water and parsley flakes. Cover and microwave 10 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until noodles are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in cheese. Cover and microwave until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
