  11. 2 tablespoons margarine

  12. 1 medium onion -- chopped

  13. 1 tablespoon curry powder

  14. 1/4 cup flour

  15. 1/2 teaspoon salt (omit with ham)

  16. 3 cups cubed cooked meat (turkey, ham, lamb -- or chicken)

  17. 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt

  18. 1 cup chicken broth

  19. 1 cup chopped mixed dried fruit

  20. 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or peanuts

  21. hot cooked rice

  22. In wok, melt margarine over Med-High heat. Stir-fry onion, garlic and curry

  23. powder for 5 mins. Add flour and salt (if not using ham). Add cooked meat

  24. cubes, yogurt and chicken broth. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly, do

  25. not bring to hard boil. Cook for 1 minute more. Stir in mixed dried fruits and nuts. Heat thorugh.
