  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red onion, finely diced

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Jalapeno - finely minced (small)

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lime juice

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  6. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Fresh corn kernels

  7. Salt and freshly ground pepper
