  1. 3 c. Warm Milk

  3. 1 c. Butter melted

  4. 1 Tbs. Salt

  5. 1 1/2 c. Sugar

  6. 2 Tbs. Yeast

  7. 13-14 c. Bread flour Filling:

  8. 3 c. Brown Sugar

  9. 1/3 c. Cinnamon

  10. 1 c. Butter softened Icing:

  11. 1 pkg. Cream cheese , softened

  12. 3/4 c. Butter softened

  13. 4 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

  14. 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

  15. 1/4 tsp. Salt

  1. Place first six ingredients in Bosch mixer and mix until thoroughly combined. Add 8 c. flour and mix. Then add the rest of the flour 1 c. at a time. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Knead for 3-5 minutes. Turn dough out into a greased bowl, set in a warm place and let dough rise until doubled, about 40 minutes. Divide dough into two parts. Roll each section into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, then spread cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up dough and cut into 18 rolls. Repeat with the other dough. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place rolls in a greased pan. Let rolls sit in a warm place until doubled in size. Bake rolls for 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together ingredients for the frosting. Once rolls are out of the oven, spread the frosting on the rolls and serve.
