  1. 1(12 oz) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

  2. 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  3. 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

  4. 2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts

  5. 1 (10-/12 oz) pkg. of mini marshmallows (about 5-1/4 cups)

  1. In a large bowl combine marshmallows and nuts.

  2. In top of a double boiler, over boiling water, melt chips with milk and butter, remove from heat.

  3. Fold chocolate mixture into marshmallow mixture. Spread in a wax paper lined 13x9x2 in baking pan. Chill 2 hours until firm. Remove from pan, peel off paper, cut into 1-1/2 to 2 inch squares.

  4. Cover and store at room temperature.
