  5. 4 ea 8-oz pkg cream cheese

  6. 1 c Butter

  7. 3 ea Egg yolks

  8. 2 c Confectioner's sugar

  9. 2 ts Vanilla

  10. 1/2 c Canned crushed pineapple

  11. (drained)

  12. 3/4 c Slivered Almonds (toasted)

  13. Allow cream cheese, butter and egg yolks stand two hours at room temp.

  14. Beat together at low speed. Beat in sugar,. fold in vanilla,

  15. pineapple and almonds. Wash & dry inside of two-quart clay pot. Line

  16. with a double thickness of cheesecloth which has been wrung out in

  17. cold water. Pour mixture into pot. Cover with plastic wrap &

  18. refrigerate overnight. --
