  1. 1 red delicious apple , peeled and finely chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  3. 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna , drained (I use albacore)

  4. 1/3 cup finely chopped celery

  5. 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

  6. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  1. Sprinkle Lemon juice over apples right after chopping.

  2. Mix together rest of ingredients.

  3. Use more mayonnaise if you want a creamier filling.

  4. Use as a filling for sandwiches or puffs.

  5. Note: For sandwiches I like to use the courser grained breads.

  6. For puffs use shells as for cream puffs.

  7. Serve either at room temperature or chilled.
