  6. 2 1/2 c All purpose flour

  7. 2 ts Baking powder

  8. 1 ts Baking soda

  9. 1 ts Ground cinnamon

  10. 1/2 c Natural apple sauce

  11. 1 c Granulated sugar

  12. 3 Egg whites

  13. 4 Very large ripe bananas;

  14. -peeled & mashed (2 c)

  15. 1 ts Vanila

  16. 1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray an 8x4x3 loaf pan with non-stick

  17. cooking spray.

  18. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.

  19. 3. In a alarge mixing bowl, whisk together apple sauce, sugar, egg whites,

  20. banana and vanilla. Add flour mixture all at once and stir gently to

  21. 4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until

  22. knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool bread completely

  23. before slicing.

  24. Note: Loaf can be wrapped tightly and stored for up to one week or frozen

  25. for up to 2 months.
