  2. 1 C Bulger Wheat

  3. 2 C Water

  4. 4 C Cooked or Canned Beans

  5. 1 C Prepared Salsa

  6. 1/4 C Cilantro

  7. 2 Stalks Green Onion

  8. 1 tsp. Cumin Powder

  9. 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

  10. 2 C Water to a boil. Add Bulger and simmer for 20 min. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
