  1. 3 c Crushed fresh or low-sodium

  2. Canned tomatoes 1/2 c Chopped mushrooms

  3. 1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper

  4. 1/2 c Chopped carrot

  5. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  6. 1/2 c Red wine or red grape juice

  7. 2 tb Honey

  8. 1/2 ts Dried basil leaves

  9. 1/2 ts Dried rosemary leaves

  10. 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves

  11. 1/2 ts Dried thyme leaves

  12. 1/4 ts Black pepper

  13. 4 Egg whites, lightly beaten

  14. 1 1/2 c Nonfat ricotta cheese or Cottage cheese 8 oz Lasagna noodles, cooked al

  15. Dente and well drained 1 lb Fresh spinach, well washed,

  16. Drained and chopped 4 oz Nonfat mozarella cheese,

  17. Grated 1. Place tomatoes, mushrooms, red peppers, carrots, onion, wine or grape
