  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried thyme

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dried oregano

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground red pepper or more

  8. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Lake trout fillet

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the fillet. Let rest 10 minutes Cut fillet into 4 portions. Grill 4-5 min per side until done.
