  1. A simple, elegant, tasty shrimp dish that restaurants charge a fortune for.

  2. Really, all you do is fry up a few fresh, cleaned shrimp.

  3. Add garlic and pepper to some hot olive oil and butter and saute for a few minutes.

  4. Add shrimp and cook for about 3-5 minutes.

  5. The shrimp will change color and be a reddish color with they are ready.
