  2. 3/4 cup sugar

  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  4. 4 teaspoons cornstarch

  5. 2/3 cup evaporated skimmed milk

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Ad d milk and cook, stirring over Mediu heat until thickened and bubbly. Coo k and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve t he sauce warm or cool. Note: Refrigerate leftove sauce for up to one week. Reheat, uncovered in Microwave on High until warm. Allow 30-60 secones for 1/4 cup, 1/2-1 1/2 minutes for 1/2 cup.

  2. Serving Ideas : Drizzle over ice cream, frozen yogurt or angel food cake.
