  9. Dry mustard

  12. 3 parts salad oil to

  13. 1 part white vinegar

  14. 5 lb. Boiled shelled cleaned shrimp or defrosted frozen

  1. Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or blender.

  2. Add to oil/vinegar mixture.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Season to taste with other seasonings.

  5. Pour mixture over shrimp, turn several times.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally.

  7. Drain liquid to serve.

  8. Serve with toothpicks.
