  1. 6 cups chopped fresh rhubarb

  2. 7 cups water

  3. 2 cups sugar

  4. cup orange juice concentrate

  5. cup lemonade concentrate

  6. 10 cups club soda

  7. 4 cups of water and add rhubarb. Simmer rhubarb until tender, then mash and strain rhubarb. Discard pulp. Add sugar to rhubarb juices and stir until dissolved. If the sugar does not fully dissolve, reheat the

  8. 4 cups water and rhubarb juice and stir until it is fully dissolved. Add juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate to rhubarb juice mixture. Stir until concentrates are dissolved before adding

  9. 3 cups water. Place in a container and freeze overnight or until solid. When ready to serve, remove container from freezer and scrape surface of rhubarb ice block. In individual glasses, fill glass with rhubarb slush. Fill remaining glass with club soda. Stir and serve cold.
