  1. 16 oz coke w/ lime

  2. 16 oz apple cider vinegar

  3. 1 TBSP brown sugar

  4. 1 TBSP garlic powder

  5. 1 TBSP cumin

  6. 1/2 TBSP black pepper

  7. 2 lbs chicken Veggies

  8. 1 large sweet onion

  9. 1 red bell pepper

  10. 1 green bell pepper

  11. 2 TBSP olive oil

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a ** dutch oven pot. Add chicken breasts. Heat until boiling. Boil 20 min. Drain the pot and set chicken aside. After cool, cut into strips. Saute veggies in olive oil until heated through. (keep em crunchy) Add the chicken and heat everything through or keep seperate. Serve with warm tortillas, sour cream, cheese, quacamole, salsa... ^^ Because I don’t like the smell of the chicken cooking in the vinegar/coke mixture, I usually use a disposable aluminum pan on the grill. I put the grill on low and the pan covered pad on the top shelf.
