  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

  3. 1 lb. cottage cheese

  4. 8 oz. sour cream

  5. 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles

  6. 3-6oz. pkgs. sliced mozarella (12 slices)

  7. 1/2 C grated Parmesan

  8. 1 C water

  1. Cook beef, drain fat, add sauce and heat through. Set aside. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream in bowl, blend well. Spoon 1½ cups sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Place ½ of uncooked noodles over sauce, ½ cheese mixture, 4 slices mozarella, then ½ of remaining sauce, ¼ c Parmesan. Repeat:Noodles, cheese mixture,4 slices mozarella, rest of sauce, rest of Parmesan(¼ c) and the 4 slices mozarella. Pour 1 cup water around sides of pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour. Uncover, bake 20 minutes more or until bubbly. Let stand 15-20 minutes
