  2. Salt

  3. Chili pepper

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lime juice

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - minced

  6. 1 Sweet red pepper

  7. Lettuce

  8. 1 Ripe avocado - sliced

  9. Fresh parsley

  1. Peel and slice the cucumber paper-thin. Season with salt, chili pepper and lime juice.

  2. Sprinkle with onion and red pepper slices. Arrange lettuce on 6 serving plates.

  3. Pile cucumber mixture in center of each plate.

  4. Add avocado slices and parsley
