  7. 8 hard cooked eggs -- chopped

  8. 4 toasted English muffins

  9. fresh cilantro or parsley chopped

  11. 5 tablespoons hot dried red chile powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

  13. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  14. 1/2 tablespoon cloves

  15. 1 2 inch stick cinnamon

  16. 4 tablespoons coriander seeds

  17. 4 tablespoons cumin seeds

  18. 3 tablespoons turmeric

  19. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek

  20. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds

  1. Sauté onion in butter until soft. Stir in curry and flour and heat an additional 2 minutes. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly as sauce thickens. Add chopped eggs and heat through. Pour over muffins, garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve. Mix together and blender in grinder until fine
